Macdonald Kamanga Longwe has had a passion of life changing not only for himself but for others too especially the underprivileged children. His determination and courage has led him to a greater understanding of life in the Diaspora. He also explores the concept of fitness; self empowerment and discipline being some of the foundations of maintaining his body in shape.

Macdonald was born in Zambia and moved to the USA at the age of 28; studied Information Technology in Greensboro, North Carolina and now based in Atlanta, GA. He is one of the founders and President for Atlanta Based Support Group for Orphans in Zambia - ASOZA and also the founder and former Chairman of the Association of Zambians in Washington D.C, SOZUSA
